When is the 2024 Z Retreat?
June 6th to 9th.
Who is the guest of honor this year?
This year, we will have two guests of honor: Britney Sale & LeeOnna Savage. They both assist with behind-the-scenes labor of creating our homemade soy wax candles every year for philanthropy month, as well as volunteered for our Project 2023 Drop-Off event.
What happens at the Formal?
The Zeta Mu Phi Formal is a treasured favorite among our members and IC. This year, the venue will be located at a beautiful rooftop on Fremont Street emitting the essence of Old Vegas. The event will feature music, dancing, hors d'oeuvres, our awards & scholarship ceremony, Project 2024 kick off, cash bar, and more!
Can I visit the Zeta Mu Phi sorority house if I didn't reserve a spot for the house?
Only those that RSVP'd for a spot within the house will be allowed inside the house due to our rental contract. This is strict and will be enforced. No outside visitors will be allowed on the premises with the exception of IC for purpose of events.
Will there be events outside of the house?
There will be Zeta Mu Phi events for both members that stay in the house, and those at stay at the hotel block, or off-site. You can send an online inquiry to receive a copy of either schedule.
I'm traveling with family/friends... can they come?
Family and friends are more than welcome to attend our Formal, as well as off-site Zeta events. However, they will not be allowed to attend the Alumnae Brunch - if applicable.
How can I stay in the loop if I'm off-site?
A group chat is designated for Zeta member's staying off-site. You will also receive the event list where we can collect your RSVP for individual events.
