Where will we be traveling to?

What's the vibe?
This Retreat will have more of a glampy, intimate feel, with lots of bonding activities!
Where are we staying?
We'll be staying within a community of treehouses. Off-site lodging will not be allowed. Members attending the Retreat must remain on the property overnight with the group, every night
When will the exact lodging location be released?
Just like prior Retreat's, the exact lodging address will not be released until 48 hours before the event is set to start. This is for the privacy and protection of all attendees
What are the dates?
The 2026 Z Retreat will take place June 4th through the 7th. Board members will travel on-site June 3rd
How do I reserve my spot?
We are currently working off of our wait list, which you can join above. Filling out the form does not guarantee you a spot, but it does guarantee your place in line. Our next activation period take place on February 20, 2026 for any spots that have opened.

Once your activation date is here, you will receive a text & email letting you know you have one hour to take advantage of your spot (aka pay your deposit), or we will move on to the next member in line and it will be up to you to re-join the list.

Disclosures: Only one transaction is allowed per Zeta.
How much does each spot cost?
Each spot will be a total of $300, with payment plans available by AfterPay through Square. All money paid into the Retreat is non-refundable, so be sure you can attend before reserving.

Members that reserve a spot and drop out within twelve weeks of the event (anytime after March 20, 2026) will not be permitted to attend the 2027 or 2028 Z Retreat, nor will they receive a refund, and will also receive a fine. This policy also applies to members that do not notify the board that they're no longer planning to attend the Retreat. Our in-person events are very popular, and it's unfair to other members for a spot to be held without follow through or communication.
This policy does not apply to some circumstances such as illness, death, flight complications, etc. Being exempt is to be determined by the Executive Director.
Members that wish to transfer their spot to another member may do so prior to April 1, 2026.
Will there be a liability waiver again?
Yes, all attendees will be required to sign a general liability waiver or will not be permitted to attend.
How will transportation work, and what is the closest airport?
Transportation will be the responsibility of the member, and a carpooling schedule will be set in March 2026. The closest airport is Columbus, Ohio. Don't panic- many of our Zeta's will likely be utilizing the airport. We'll work together to try our best and make sure everyone has a plan.
What is the climate like during that time of year?
Reportedly, the average high is 83F and the average low temperature is 62F. Always pack some layers and an umbrella, just incase.
Can we bring a plus one?
This Retreat is limited to Zeta's. No family, friends, husbands, wives, dogs, cats, emotional support manatees, co-workers, cousins twice-removed, etc. In addition, if a non=Zeta were to travel with the member and stay off-site, they are not permitted in sorority lodging or at Zeta events including Formal. Members are not permitted to leave the group to hangout with their non-Zeta and return to camp afterwards.
This is a Zeta-only event.
Who is the intern this year?
The sorority has selected two interns: Logan from Delta and Kristen from Gamma. Our philanthropy intern, Allyn, will also be on-site to assist with philanthropy matters as it pertains to Formal
Who is the special guest?
Our special guest will be Kelly from the original Alpha chapter. You may have seen her around... Kelly was also present at our Retreat in Virginia a few years back
When will Formal and ticket info be released?
The 2026 Formal will be exclusive to Retreat attendees. We will not be offering a public sale. Stay tuned to see how you can get involved virtually and participate in our philanthropy kick-off event
